Car companies can have car allowances for different types of operations, including commercial, personal, leisure and hospitality.
They also have different limits for the types of vehicles they use, including vans, buses, pickups, vans and minivans.
Car allowances vary based on your size, fuel cost, number of people on board and the types and amounts of vehicles you use.
Business car company allowances vary by location, with some allowances being less than the business vehicle allowance in some locations.

Business vehicle allowance limits Business vehicle allowances are based on the size of your business, the size and type of vehicles and the number of employees on board.
They can vary depending how many people are on board, the type of vehicle, the vehicle type and the length of time it takes to get to work.
For example, if you have two full-time employees, and the business uses a van for a typical week, you’ll be able to get an allowance of $2,000 a week.
If you have three full-timers on board but only one employee on board for the full week, the business will get an additional $1,000 per week.
Your business car can only use two people per vehicle, so if you only use one person on the van, you won’t get the full $2.50 a week allowance.
The amount of time a business car needs to use a vehicle depends on the type and amount of vehicles involved, the number and size of people and the type, number and length of the journey between each stop.
This means your business can have a maximum of five business vehicle allowances per week for its vehicles.
Your limits can vary based upon the vehicle you use, but you can’t exceed the limits of any other vehicle allowances.
A maximum of three business vehicle car allowances per business can be given to employees and three per person per vehicle.
You’ll need to be in contact with your business vehicle manager to find out if you’re eligible to get the business car and business vehicle company allowance.
If the business has a fixed car allowance limit, it can be reduced to a maximum limit of $200 for a maximum distance of 30 kilometres.
If your business has multiple vehicles, the limit can be decreased to $200 per vehicle or $1.50 per person for a total of $1 per vehicle allowance per person.

Business truck limits and business van limits The maximum limit on a business truck is $5,000 for each vehicle or group of vehicles.
The maximum limits for a business van are $5 and $1 for a group of four vehicles.
You can have up to six business truck and business car limits per vehicle if the business only uses one vehicle.
The minimum vehicle limit is three.
Business van allowances can be limited if the number or size of vehicles is not sufficient.
A business van can only have up of two people on the vehicle.
Your maximum vehicle allowance can’t be less than three times the maximum allowable limit.

You don’t have to use all three people to operate the vehicle, but the maximum vehicle capacity per vehicle is three people.
Business cars can’t use more than four people per business vehicle A business car that has four or more passengers must be equipped with a seat belt.
If there are more than six people on a car, you can combine that with the number, size and length limit for the maximum number of passengers to operate that vehicle.
If a car is operated by more than one person, you need a permit from the car company to do that.
You also have to be able give your business permission to use vehicles with more than two passengers.
A vehicle can be operated by three people if the company doesn’t require that a seatbelt is fitted to the driver and the driver isn’t carrying a passenger in the back.
The company can’t operate a vehicle if there are passengers who are younger than the maximum age for the age of the driver.
A car must meet the minimum age limit for an age limit that applies to the vehicle to operate it.
A passenger who is younger than 18 is allowed to ride on a child seat.
The car must be able get to the maximum speed of 45 kilometres per hour.
If it’s being operated by a vehicle that doesn’t have a rearview mirror, the rearview mirrors can be fitted.
