It’s a brand that has been around for over 60 years.
A trademark has been issued to a local business that designs, manufactures and markets lawn care products.
But the business behind the logo, the Lawn Care Association of New York, is not happy with it.
The association, which is in the process of trademarking the word “Lawn,” has said the word could be confusing for customers.
“The word ‘Lawn Care’ is one of our most recognized brand names in the industry, and it’s the first word that we have chosen to incorporate into the new trademark application,” said Jeff Jenson, Lawn Care Business Association of America President and CEO.
“The association has always made a distinction between the lawn care industry and the care industry, so we have not only created a brand for the lawn and the lawn industry, but also created a logo for a new industry.”
The association wants to be able to use the word for all of the products they sell.
The word “lawn” is used in a wide variety of ways, but its origins can be traced to a word from the Greek root for “louse” or “mole.”
The word has been used to refer to anything from garden soil to fertilizers, and is often associated with food products and landscaping.
But Jenson says the association is unhappy that it’s been branded as a “Lionel-like” name for a product that doesn’t exist.
“We have created a product for the industry that’s not going to be available in our stores or at our locations,” he said.
It’s the second time in three years that the association has had to file for a trademark.
In the past, the association used the word to market its lawn care services, including a $3 million renovation of a former home in Newburgh, N.Y.
The association said the name change was a result of a trademark application being rejected for an old brand, but the association doesn’t want the word trademarked.
“It is unfortunate that the LawnCare Association of NY was forced to go through the trademark process and to use this new word to identify a new brand,” Jenson said.
The group has been lobbying for the change for years.
The company behind the new brand is not the only one that wants to take advantage of the word.
The New York Hockey League (NYHL) announced it was changing its logo.
The logo was designed by a group called “Ladies for Lawn Care.”
The group is also working on a new logo.
For now, it’s going by “LAW.”
The league said it will continue to use a black and white, plain font and logo, and will still be called the New York NHL.
