The problem with a car care businesses car care scheme is that they all rely on one person for everything, from filling out forms to getting people to pay for the car care services.
But when it comes to filling out the forms, the paperwork isn’t the problem.
It’s the people who don’t get the documents.
The issue is that people in this scheme don’t have any documentation to back up their claims.
They don’t need a vehicle insurance card to buy their car care.
They don’t even need a driver’s licence, let alone a car insurance card.
So the problem is that if the person filling out these forms doesn’t have the right documentation, the scheme doesn’t work.
And, the worse case scenario, if the forms don’t go through, the person who does need the documents will just call the car insurer and pay the penalty.
If this sounds like a nightmare, you’re not alone.
I recently attended a meeting of the Australian Car Care Association, a body representing the industry.
It was an emotional, tense moment.
One of the members said, ‘It’s not just me’.
‘It was my first time going to a car-care meeting.
I’ve never had this much stress.’
What the industry needs to do is introduce a way for consumers to get their car insurance documents to prove that they have insurance.
The process would be simple, with a simple phone call, and the documents would be sent to the car insurance company.
That way, if there are discrepancies, they could be resolved.
But, what about the business owners who don´t have the documents?
The problem is even worse, because the car owners themselves don’t know what to do with them.
They might say, ‘I’ll fill out my insurance card and send it to the insurance company’.
Or they might say ‘I don’t want to bother with all that paperwork, and I don’t care what happens to it’.
It’s just the same problem, only the business owner doesn’t know how to deal with it.
And this is where a solution might be in order.
Car care services have a problem.
They can’t do their jobs properly because of lack of documentation and because people don’t understand the system.
So what do you do about it?
The answer is simple: you don’t.
You need to change the way the industry operates.
It has been decades since car care companies changed their business model.
Nowadays, they just offer car care and provide the service as part of their overall business.
They also pay fees to the insurers for the services they provide.
And they’re not the only ones who pay these fees.
In Australia, car care is an industry that doesn’t need to be regulated, because there are no insurance laws to make it work.
And, that means there’s no incentive for car owners to follow a business model that requires them to provide documentation, and pays them to do so.
So what’s the solution?
Change the way car owners and businesses are regulated.
If you’ve ever been to a business that has an insurance policy, it will be obvious to you that there is no insurance in the business model itself.
The business has to pay premiums to the insurer and collect them.
It will not do this for car care, because it has no insurance policy.
And it should not.
And that’s what the industry has to do.
It should be regulated to make sure that people are able to take their car to the care they need and that the business pays the appropriate insurance fees, and that car owners have the documentation and the tools to do the job they need to do safely.
That way, the industry can do its job as it should, with care and with documents.
